My terms are simple. Ito begin a project I request 50% deposit, this puts your order into my work schedule. I write up a simple contract for you and for me. Stipulating the work to be performed and completion time frame. I have been building furniture for folks for 20 years, and haven’t had any complaints.
I work closely with my customers, emailing pictures of progress, through out the project. After the project is complete, I send photos before final payment or payment upon delivery, if I am delivering the furniture.
If you would like to pay with a check, you will receive a 2.3% discount.
Shipping / Delivery
Any local orders are delivered by me. I deliver within a 400 mile area; Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Ohio, Indiana. Prices begin at $80.00 o $300.00.
On large orders over 10,000.00 I reduce the delivery or shipping rate.
Blanket wrap delivery (white glove delivery), is used for most deliveries. Pricing for this service is usually 10% of total invoice.
Crated shipping either goes FedEx or UPS Freight. This is used for small tables and other items.
Small Accessories are shipped in carbboard box and ship FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Returns, I will accept a return if there is a problem with a product, this means a clear mistake by us as the maker of your product. I will not take a return if it is clearly a fault of a customer un packing a piece and is physically damaged by customer.
Inspection of containers and deliveries by Blanket Wrap companies is important. When I have a blanket wrap company pickup from me they inspect it for any defects, so when it has left my business you are responsible to note with the delivery person, anything you my feel is a scratch or damage by shipper.
Pieces that are damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the shipper.
I have hadn’t any problems to date, only one small table damaged when a driver forgot the box behind her truck and backed over it.
