MICHAEL MCGUIRE CUSTOM FURNITURE
Built from Eastern White Pine, this cupboard is excellent for displaying a collection of ceramics. It can be made with doors above or built to house a flat screen television. I have built this for a variety of uses and looks great as a television cabinet.
This cabinet was built for crystal diner ware. The back has individual mirrors, reflecting the crystal and creating the elusion of more depth. Built with clean lines, this cupboard looks great in a natural wood, such as Hard Maple.
“Grande Isle” Curio Cabinet
Built from solid Black Walnut, this corner cupboard is a classic example of architectural elements, meets furniture. The fluted pilasters and dental moldings make this cupboard really shine. It is built with four doors and a drawer, all of which lock.
“Chester” Corner Cupboard
Proportion and style at it’s best, this piece was 9 feet tall. Today it is displaying a ceramic collection. It is built from solid American Black Cherry and can be made in any wood species. The bottom has a shelf area for more storage or display.
Natural Cherry and Birdseye Maple are the woods used on this cupboard. It can be ordered in other woods. The piece is built with dovetailed drawers, mortise and tenon door parts and french dovetailed case construction. Looks nice in Walnut or Oak.
The “Harris” is shown in Black Cherry and stained with an Antique Cherry Stain. Ideal hutch for the Dining Room. The configuration can be changed, can either display ceramics or can be built for a Flat Screen Television. Built with Rat Tail Hinges on the doors.
